Laura Nicholson is a Scottish artist based in Aberdeen. She creates large- scale abstract landscapes and skyscapes, inspired by the shifting light and ever-changing weather of the North Sea coast. Using acrylic and textured layers, she builds atmospheric pieces that explore space, stillness and movement. This debut exhibition at Frauhaus Gallery features a new collection of original paintings, each designed to bring a quiet sense of drama and calm.
